So, I've already told you about this series and showed you Superchunk covering The Cure. Well here's Cymbals Eat Guitars covering Superchunk. I did a poorly shot interview over coffee with CEG last Fall and they were incredibly nice and played a tremendously loud show at Boston University. Enjoy this! It's awesome!

Superchunk covers The Cure

The A.V. Club, the media review site affiliated with The Onion, has been doing this thing for a couple of months where they ask bands into a round room in their offices to play a cover song from a list they compiled. I've liked a few of them but this one might be my favourite because it Superchunk, the band covering, sound like Supergrass and the song they're covering is one of my favourites, "In Between Days" by the Cure.
